It covers topics such as setting the scratch disk for Photoshop and adjusting Image Cache to improver Photoshop’s performance. It has a useful chart for file sizes for needed for particular printer resolutions. It also shows how to free up memory by purging the RAM.

A useful resource for lots of free images to experiment with in Photoshop. This is a site for a Photoshop book but they kindly allow you to download all the images used in the book. There are also a number of free tutorials available. Also look at the Reader Gallery to see what is possible with photo restoration.
